This flip really has my heart. We have poured blood, sweat, tears and a few favorable words into this project. We have worked hard. The entire home inside and outside has been totally rehabbed. Nothing is as it was. It is a labor of love for me. Taking what someone does not want and turning it into a highly desired place for someone to call home is what it is all about.

I have learned that I must be prepared for the rehab to cost more and take longer than I calculate. Even though I continue to be reminded that time is money, I guess for me, the money is secondary to not cutting corners. To rush the project would mean losing the ability to do the work myself. So I opt to take it slow and allow the progression to move at my pace. It has been very lovely using very little contracted labor on this rehab.

I look forward to placing my for sale sign in the front yard. The photos clearly show I am not there yet. But oh, look how close this home is!
